Regulations on Examination of Investment Plans for New Town Lands Sold or Leased Through Tendering Article 7
When disposing investment plans, the authority shall unseal the bidding documents and execute preliminary examination of the documents and materials submitted by the investor, and then on the spot stamp the official seal on the bid envelop for keeping.Where the documents and materials submitted by an investor are unqualified in the preliminary examination, the authority shall notify the investor to make supplement within a time limit; where supplement is not made within the time limit or the supplemented documents and materials are still unqualified, the investment plan will be rejected.The above-mentioned supplement doesn't include bid envelope.

主管機關受理投資計畫後，應拆開投標文件，就投資人檢送之文件及資料予以初審；並當場於標單封加蓋印信後封存。
投資人檢送之文件及資料經初審不合規定者，主管機關應通知其限期補正，逾期未補正或經補正仍不合規定者，不予受理。
前項補正事項，不包括標單封。
