Regulations on Examination of Investment Plans for New Town Lands Sold or Leased Through Tendering Article 3
An investment plan shall include the following contents:1.Description of the land to be invested.2.Land use zoning and use control.3.Outline of construction contents.4.Operating plan.5.Investment schedule.6.Financial plan.7.Purchase price payment plan after winning the bid.8.Other necessary contents.The above-mentioned investment schedule in Subparagraph 5 includes the time of completing phase design, time of commencement, construction time schedule, and time of completion etc.Where installment is selected in the purchase price payment plan mentioned in Subparagraph 7 of the first paragraph, the plan shall include the phases of installment, time and percentage of each payment as listed in the announcement of the authority.Investors who attended tendering lease of lands can skip the contents described in Subparagraph 7 of the first paragraph.

投資計畫之內容應包括下列事項：
一、投資土地標示。
二、土地使用分區及其使用管制。
三、建設內容概要。
四、營運計畫。
五、投資進度表。
六、財務計畫。
七、得標後價款繳付計畫。
八、其他必要之事項。
前項第五款投資進度表包括各階段設計完成時間、開工時間、工程施工進度及竣工時間等。
第一項第七款價款繳付計畫選擇分期繳付者，應依主管機關公告之繳款期數、時間及每期繳付價款百分比逐項填寫。
參與標租土地之投資人，免填寫第一項第七款事項。
