Urban Renewal Act Article 17
Appeals filed after the statutory period or inconsistent with the statutory procedure shall be rejected. However, if the situation may be corrected, the appellant shall be requested to make corrections within a given period. If the appellant fails to comply, the appeal shall be rejected.After filing the appeal, the applicant may withdraw it before the review decision is delivered. Once an appeal is withdrawn, the same appeal may not be filed again.

申訴逾法定期間或不合法定程序者，不予受理。
但其情形得予補正者，應定期間命其補正；屆期不補正者，不予受理。
申訴提出後，申請人得於審議判斷送達前撤回之。
申訴經撤回後，不得再提出同一之申訴。
