Statute for Expediting Reconstruction of Urban Unsafe and Old Buildings Article 10-1
The loans provided by commercial banks to meet the capital needs of owners of land and legal buildings or builders to carry out reconstruction plans approved by the competent authority may not be subject to the limitations set forth in Article 72-2 of the Banking Act.The financial authority may specify the maximum amount of the loans provided by commercial banks as described in the preceding paragraph if necessary.
