Enforcement Rules of the National Park Law Article 8

In accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 10 of the Law, compensation meant for the owner or tenant shall be legally withheld upon the occurrence of the following:1.The intended recipient of the compensation refuses or cannot accept the compensation.2.The intended recipient of the compensation is unclear or cannot be located.
