Enforcement Rules for the Regional Plan Act Article 3
To prepare regional plans pursuant to the Act, the competent authorities of all levels may require the related government departments or civil organizations to provide information, and may consult the opinions of authority where necessary. In principle, the term of a regional plan shall be not longer than 25 years.

各級主管機關依本法擬定區域計畫時，得要求有關政府機關或民間團體提供資料，必要時得徵詢事業單位之意見，其計畫年期以不超過二十五年為原則。
