Regional Plan Act Article 5
Regional plans shall be established for the following areas:Areas designated by a national integrated development plan or regional integrated development plan.Areas allocated centered on the capital, municipalities, provincial capitals, or province (county) administrated cities to promote the actual urban developmentOther areas designated by the Ministry of the Interior.

左列地區應擬定區域計畫︰一、依全國性綜合開發計畫或地區性綜合開發計畫所指定之地區。
二、以首都、直轄市、省會或省（縣）轄市為中心，為促進都市實質發展而劃定之地區。
