Regional Plan Act Article 20
After a regional plan is announced and implemented, the regulating authorities of individual undertakings shall match with the regional plan and the suggestions of the Regional construction committee to separately work out time schedules of development or construction and compile annual budgets, and carry out development or construction pursuant to the time schedules.
