Architects Act Article 31
The national association of architects should be jointly organized by the municipality and county/city architects associations.Municipality, county/city architects associations should join the national association of architects within six months after they are organized. The national association of architects may not refuse or deny the membership application of an architects association.

全國建築師公會，應由直轄市、縣（市）建築師公會共同組織之。
各直轄市、縣（市）建築師公會，應自組織完成之日起六個月內，加入全國建築師公會，全國建築師公會不得拒絕。
