Architects Act Article 16
An architect may accept the commission of a client to conduct an investigation, survey, design, construction supervision, cost estimation, inspection and/or appraisal of a building and its physical environment, as well as accept the customer's power of attorney for building permit application, building contractor bidding, drafting of the building construction agreement and the negotiation of other construction project related matters.

建築師受委託人之委託，辦理建築物及其實質環境之調查、測量、設計、監造、估價、檢查、鑑定等各項業務，並得代委託人辦理申請建築許可、招商投標、擬定施工契約及其他工程上之接洽事項。
