Architects Act Article 10
Upon the approval and issuance of the architect business practice licenses, the respective municipality or county (city) authorities are obliged to report such license issuances to the Ministry of the Interior for record purposes; moreover, a public announcement or bulletin should be posted to its effect. The same procedure should be observed during the cancellation or revocation of the business practice license.
