Building Act Article 71
To apply for a usage license, the following documents shall be enclosed in the letter of application:1. The original construction license or miscellaneous license.2. As-built plan and elevation views of the building.Where the building is completely the same as described in the approved working drawings, the as-built plan and elevation views are not required.

申請使用執照，應備具申請書，並檢附左列各件：
一、原領之建造執照或雜項執照。
二、建築物竣工平面圖及立面圖。
建築物與核定工程圖樣完全相符者，免附竣工平面圖及立面圖。
