Building Act Article 65
Where machines are used in a construction worksite, the following provisions shall be observed:1. The machines may not be used for purposes other than the dedicated objectives, and may not exceed the range of capability.2. Braking devices and signal devices necessary for operations shall be provided.3. Where a machine cannot be stabilized by itself, supporting poles or pulling cords shall be used.

凡在建築工地使用機械施工者，應遵守左列規定：
一、不得作其使用目的以外之用途，並不得超過其性能範圍。
二、應備有掣動裝置及操作上所必要之信號裝置。
三、自身不能穩定者，應扶以撐柱或拉索。
