To enforce these regulations, competent authorities of municipalities, counties and cities shall publicly announce the following:1. The qualifications of people eligible for subsidization and the conditions2. The types of subsidization and standards3. The approaches to turn in applications and the names of units or agencies to accept applications4. The application form and the documents to be submitted5. The beginning and end of the period in which applications can be accepted6. The approaches of subsidization for rents and mortgage interest7. The reviewing procedures8. Other related matters

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關為辦理本辦法之補貼，應公告下列事項：
一、補貼對象之資格及條件。
二、補貼項目及補貼基準。

五、受理申請之起訖日期。
六、承租住宅租金費用及貸款利息補貼方式。
