Housing Act Article 54
No one may reject or interfere with the following actions of residence users:1. Necessary barrier-free renovations of their residence or public space at their own expense.2. Keeping a guide dog for persons with disabilities.3. Legally using spaces, facilities, equipment and services in exclusive parts of their residence and non-exclusive public spaces.

任何人不得拒絕或妨礙住宅使用人為下列之行為：
一、從事必要之居住或公共空間無障礙修繕。
二、因協助身心障礙者之需要飼養導盲犬、導聾犬及肢體輔助犬。
三、合法使用住宅之專有部分及非屬約定專用之共用部分空間、設施、設備及相關服務。
