Housing Act Article 35
Social housing built by a competent authority may be managed by the competent authority or outsourced.Non-profit organizations may rent and operate public social housing and sublease to economically or socially disadvantaged persons specified in Article 4.

主管機關興辦之社會住宅，得自行或委託經營管理。
