Housing Act Article 19-1
For social housing implemented pursuant to Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, as a general principle, at least 50% of the total number of units under each annual plan shall be leased through private buildings for subleasing and management. Priority shall be given to subleasing such units to persons who meet the qualifications set forth in Paragraph 2 of Article 4 of this Act.
