Regulations on Cost Allotment of Common Duct Construction and Management Article 4
The participated utility agencies (or organizations) shall share one third (1/3) of the management and maintenance fee of Common duct starting from the second year after completion of the construction. The rest two thirds (2/3) shall be shared by utility agencies (or organizations) according to the used duration of time or number of usage, after the consultation organized by the competent authority.The aforementioned maintenance and management fee shall exclude staff costs in the organic structure of competent authority.

共同管道之管理維護經費分擔方式為由參與之各管線事業機關（構）於建設完工後第二年起平均分攤管理維護費用之三分之一，另三分之二由主管機關協調管線事業機關（構）依使用時間或次數等比例分攤。
前項管理維護費用不包括主管機關編制內人事費用。
