Condominium Administration Act Building Administration Division Article 59-1
Special municipality and county/city governments may hire specialists, scholars, architects and lawyers to help handle condominium disputes and also appoint executives of condominium and building administration departments to organize a condominium dispute mediation committee.The Ministry of the Interior shall establish the regulations for the organization of the mediation committee.

直轄市、縣（市）政府為處理有關公寓大廈爭議事件，得聘請資深之專家、學者及建築師、律師，並指定公寓大廈及建築管理主管人員，組設公寓大廈爭議事件調處委員會。
