Details of levy clause of constructional advantage Article 30
The duration for fee collection by highway and bridge projects shall be determined taking into account the following:1.Charging standards of various vehicles.2.Daily traffic volume and future growth rates.3.Total project investment.Project interest expense and profit estimations.4.Maintenance and management fee estimations.5.In the event that upon the end of fee collection duration set forth in the preceding paragraph the collected fees still fail to cover the project cost, an extension application may be filed.

公路及橋樑工程之收費年限，應依左列因素計算：
一、各類車輛收費標準。
二、每日交通量及未來之成長率。
三、工程費總投資額。
四、工程費利息及利潤之估計。
五、養護費及管理費之估計。
前項收費年限已屆，未能收足應收回之費用時，得請求延長之。
