Enforcement Rules of Sewerage Act Article 7
Regarding the use of public or private land in the provisions of Article 14 of the Act, the sewerage institution shall inform the landowner, possessor or user via written notice after stipulating the construction plan.The written notice in the preceding Paragraph shall contain the following:1.Estimated commencement date for construction.2.Construction range.3.Size and structure of the objects to be buried.4.Construction method.5.Construction period.6.Compensation fee.7.Date to pay Compensation fee and document required to be submitted to collect the Compensation fee.

依本法第十四條規定使用公、私有土地時，下水道機構應於工程計畫訂定後，以書面通知土地所有人、占有人或使用人。
前項通知書應記載左列事項：
一、預定開工日期。
二、施工範圍。
三、埋設物之尺寸及構造。
四、施工方法。
五、施工期間。
六、償金。
七、償金支付日期及領取償金時所應提示之證件。
