Sewerage Act Article 26
The sewer user shall pay for the use of the sewer, and the fee shall be calculated and collected using the following methods:1.In proportion of the quantity used of tap water and other water of the sewer users.2.Using the quality and quantity of the sewage drained off by the sewer user.3.Other method approved by the competent authority.The calculating and collecting regulations for the fee for use in the preceding Paragraph shall be stipulated by the competent authorities of the special municipality and county or city and further reported with the central competent authority for its approval.

用戶使用下水道，應繳納使用費；其計收方式如左︰一、按下水道用戶使用自來水及其他用水之用量比例計收。
二、按下水道用戶排放之下水水質及水量計收。
三、其他經主管機關核定之方式。
前項使用費計算公式及徵收辦法，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關擬訂，報請中央主管機關核定之。
