Sewerage Act Article 19
Before commissioning the use of the sewers, the sewerage institution shall publicly announce the drainage area, date of commissioning of use, connection procedure and sewerage management regulations.Except as otherwise permitted by the local competent authority, the sewage within the drainage area shall be drained off in the sewer subject to a public announcement.

下水道機構，應於下水道開始使用前，將排水區域、開始使用日期、接用程序及下水道管理規章公告週知。
