Rural Community Land Readjustment Act Article 16
The land deducted cost equivalent land in accordance with the provision of Article 11 from the original land should be distributed to original landowner with the proportion of land value. The landowners should pay or get difference of land value if the redistributed lot size is more or less than the original lot size orderly.The calculation of readjustment encumbrance and the redistributed lot size is based on registration in land register.
中文原文 農村社區土地重劃條例第16條
重劃區內之土地，扣除依第十一條規定提供負擔之土地後，其餘土地仍依各宗土地地價數額比例分配與原土地所有權人。
經分配結果，實際分配面積多於或少於應分配之面積者，應繳納或發給差額地價。
前項重劃土地負擔及分配面積之計算，以土地登記簿所載面積為準。
