Land Surveying and Mapping Act Article 53
The actor who violates Article 13 and is ordered to restore the original status within a given timeframe will be fined NTD2,000 up to NTD10,000 by the respective municipalities, county (city) authorities concerned should the actor fail to restore the original status within the given timeframe.

行為人違反第十三條規定，經限期令其恢復原狀，屆期未恢復原狀者，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關處新臺幣二千元以上一萬元以下罰鍰。
