The 37.5% Arable Rent Reduction Act Article 7
(Matters to be clearly noted in the lease contract)The amounts, types, standard of quality and date and place for payment of land rent shall be clearly noted in the lease contract. If the payment is in kind and shall be transported by the lessee, the lessor shall be liable for the payment of transportation fees according to the distance.
