The 37.5% Arable Rent Reduction Act Article 12
(Use of the farm house)If before this Act is enacted, the lessee lives in the farmhouse, offered by the lessor without any condition, the lessee may still live in the same farmhouse. The lessor cannot refuse or charge payment for any reason whatsoever.
