Regulations of Permission on Delineation of Course for Laying, Maintaining, or Modifying Submarine Cables or Pipelines on the Continental Shelf of the Republic of China Article 12
After completing work of laying or modifying submarine cables or pipelines, Owner shall submit result report to the Competent Authority winthin 3 months.
