Cadastral Clearance Act Article 4

The municipal or county (city) authority concerned shall investigate within its jurisdiction the land cadastre of Articles 17 to 33 within a certain period. The regulations concerning investigative period, scope, classifications, procedures and other related matters shall be prescribed by the central authority concerned.
