Enforcement Rules of the Land Administration Agent Act Article 7-1

A Land Administration Agent who voluntarily ceases practice and whose registration is cancelled, and who applies to resume practice before the expiry date of the original practicing license, shall submit the documents specified in Subparagraphs 1 to 3 and 5 of Paragraph I of the preceding Article to the competent authority in a Municipality or a County / City.The practicing license issued in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall be valid until the expiry date of the original practicing license.
