Enforcement Rules of the Land Administration Agent Act Article 5
In the case that physical Certificate of Land Administration Agent or physical Professional Land Registration Agent is missing, destroyed, or stained, application form and copies of Identification Documentation shall be submitted to the competent central authority to apply for reissue or renewal of the certificate.
