Enforcement Rules of the Land Administration Agent Act Article 23
The term of three years for Boards of Directors and Supervisors of a Land Administration Agent Guild in accordance with Paragraph III of the Article 36 in this Act shall be applied since the first re-election after this Act comes into effect. The number of the re-elected members in the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors can not exceed a half of the respective total number of the Board of Directors and that of Supervisors.

本法第三十六條第三項關於地政士公會理事、監事之任期為三年，應自本法施行後改選之當屆起適用；共連選連任之理事、監事不得超過全體理事、監事名額二分之一，應分別就理事與監事名額認定。
