Land Administration Agent Act Article 19
Under the following circumstances, a Land Administration Agent could register with the competent authority in a Municipality or a County (City) to act as an attesting witness for signatories to attest contracts or agreements.1.Recommended by the national association of Land Administration Agent Guilds.2.The total verified operating income of any two years within the last five years exceeds a certain amount.The amount stated in Clause II of the previous Item is to be instituted by the competent central authority.

地政士符合下列各款規定，得向直轄市或縣（市）主管機關申請簽證人登記，於受託辦理業務時，對契約或協議之簽訂人辦理簽證：
一、經地政士公會全國聯合會推薦者。
二、最近五年內，其中二年主管稽徵機關核定之地政士執行業務收入總額達一定金額以上者。
前項第二款之一定金額，由中央主管機關定之。
