Regulations for the Auction of Domestic Land and Improvements Acquired by Foreigners That Are Not Used in Accordance with Regulations Article 3
The land owner shall be notified prior to the auction held by the municipality or country (city) government. Where there are other rights, the holders of other rights shall be notified.
