Regulations for the Auction of Domestic Land and Improvements Acquired by Foreigners That Are Not Used in Accordance with Regulations Article 18
Following bid opening verification, the successful bidder shall pay the full amount in one lump sum within thirty days of the day following the bid opening unless otherwise stipulated.
