Law on the Territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone of the Republic of China Article 1
This law is enacted to preserve the sovereignty over the territorial sea and the rights over the contiguous zone of the Republic of China.The matters with no applicable provisions in this Act shall be governed by other relevant laws.
