Law on the Exclusive Economic Zone and the Continental Shelf of the Republic of China Article 1
This law is enacted to preserve and exercise the rights in the exclusive economic zone and on the continental shelf of the Republic of China.Matters not covered by this law shall be governed by the provisions of other related laws.
