At work, a broking agency shall record the situation of operating business. The administration office may investigate or take the related records or documents of the operating business, and ask the local broking agency and the broking agency in other counties (cities) to install the business offices within the time limit. 經紀業執行業務過程，應記錄其辦理情形。
主管機關得查詢或取閱經紀業執行業務有關紀錄及文件，並得限期令所轄區域內之經紀業及外縣市經紀業於所轄區域內設立之營業處所，提出第五條第二款至第五款文件或其他業務執行之相關資料、說明書，經紀業不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
