When the clients of both parties sign the contract of rental or sale and purchase, the broker should submit the instruction to the counterpart with whom the trustor deals and the counterpart shall sign on it.The instruction in the preceding paragraph is regarded as part of the contract of rental or sale and purchase.

雙方當事人簽訂租賃或買賣契約書時，經紀人應將不動產說明書交付與委託人交易之相對人，並由相對人在不動產說明書上簽章。
