Real Estate Brokerage Management Act Article 15

The certificate of a real estate broker in the first paragraph of preceding article is valid for four years. Expired, a new one shall be applied for to local governments by submitting the certified documents of the broker’s thirty-hour professional training program taken in the institution acknowledged by the central competent authority within the latest four years.The regulations of qualifications, recognition procedures, scope of training programs, and criteria for revoking recognition that institutions and organizations in the preceding paragraph must possess shall be made by the central competent authority.
