Investigating factors affecting total sales amount, cost, expense, and etc.2. Ascertaining the progress of project, and construction on the subject property and the environmental conditions, and taking necessary photos or making electronic films.3. Gathering and investigating transaction data in the market.4. Development degree of land and buildings and public facilities in the surrounding environment.
