Regulations on Real Estate Appraisal Article 63
An unfinished building should be appraised on the actual completed parts, or based on the construction or building cost standard table of a standard building together with reference to the cost ratio table of building construction progress.The National Association should announce cost ratio table of building construction progress stated in the preceding paragraph.
