Enforcement Rules of the Land Expropriation Act Article 55
The competent authorities at various levels may entrust the following matters relating to zone expropriation to enterprise organizations, legal persons and academic organizations:1. The survey of current conditions and cadastral survey.2. The planning, design, construction, supervision and management of zone expropriation works.3. The assessment of the value of land improvements and the land value after zone expropriation.4. The planning and design of the allocation of “land for compensation.”5. The compilation of related lists.

各級主管機關得將下列區段徵收業務委託事業機構、法人或學術團體辦理：
一、現況調查及地籍測量。
二、區段徵收工程之規劃、設計、施工、監造及管理。
三、土地改良物價額及區段徵收後地價之調查。
四、抵價地分配之規劃設計。
五、編造有關清冊。
