Land Expropriation Act Article 52
The other rights originally created or the lease contract of farmland originally made before expropriation will not be restored after the withdraw or revocation of expropriation. But for mortgage or dien on the distributed land for compensation as applied for by the original landowner and the holders of other rights pursuant to Article 42 herein, the original mortgage or dien may be restored.

撤銷或廢止徵收後，徵收前原設定之他項權利及耕地租約不予回復。
