Enforcement Act of Land Act Article 50
The land expropriation plan provided in Article 224 of the Land Act shall contain the following particulars:1.The reasons for expropriating the land.2.The scope and area of land under expropriation.3.The nature of the proposed undertaking.4.The legal basis for the proposed undertaking project.5.Land under incident expropriation or zone expropriation and area thereof.6.The condition of land improvements.7.The current use conditions of the land and the names and domiciles of the users.8.The use condition of adjoining lands and improvements thereon.9.Are there scenic sites or historical relics in the area of expropriation, and if yes, note their current conditions and history.10.Has there any agreement reached with the landowners, and if yes, note the formalities and course of reaching such an agreement.11.Names and domiciles of landowners or custodians.12.The layout for use of lands under expropriation.13.A brief description of the proposed undertaking and project design.14.Total amount of compensation needed and its distribution.15.Total amount of funds reserved and allocations thereof.

土地法第二百二十四條規定之徵收土地計畫書，應記明左列事項：
一、徵收土地原因。
二、徵收土地所在地範圍及面積。
三、興辦事業之性質。
四、興辦事業之法令根據。
五、附帶徵收或區段徵收及其面積。
六、土地改良物情形。
七、土地使用之現狀及其使用人之姓名住所。
八、四鄰接連土地之使用狀況及其改良情形。
九、土地區內有無名勝古蹟，並註明其現狀及沿革。
十、曾否與土地所有權人經過協定手續及其經過情形。
十一、土地所有權人或管有人姓名、住所。
十二、被徵收土地之使用配置。
十三、興辦事業所擬設計大概。
十四、應需補償金額款總數及其分配。
十五、準備金額總數及其分配。
