Land Act Article 70
Ten per cent of the registration fees received by the Land Office shall be earmarked as a Registration Fund to be used for the specific purpose of paying the compensation provided by Article 68.Compensation for damage borne by the Land Office shall be paid back by the registration officer, if the said damage is a result of his gross negligence. All sums thus paid back shall be turned over to the Registration Fund.

地政機關所收登記費，應提存百分之十作為登記儲金，專備第六十八條所定賠償之用。
地政機關所負之損害賠償，如因登記人員之重大過失所致者，由該人員償還，撥歸登記儲金。
