Land Act Article 38
Cadastral survey shall be undertaken before land registration. In localities where cadastral survey has been already completed according to Act, the general registration of land shall be immediately undertaken according to the provisions of this Act.“The general registration of land” referred to in the preceding paragraph shall mean the registration, within a definite period of time, of all lands in a given Special Municipality or County (City).

辦理土地登記前，應先辦地籍測量，其已依法辦理地籍測量之地方，應即依本法規定辦理土地總登記。
