Land Act Article 216
In case the use of expropriated land produces such adverse effects on the adjacent land as to make it unfit for its original utilization or to impair the efficiency of its original utilization, the owner of the adjacent land may demand due compensation from the user of the expropriated land.The compensation referred to in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed the mount of depreciation in the value of the adjacent land caused by the use to which the expropriated land is put.

征收之土地，因其使用影響於接連土地，致不能為從來之利用，或減低其從來利用之效能時，該接連土地所有權人，得要求需用土地人為相當補償。
前項補償金，以不超過接連地因受征收地使用影響而低減之地價額為準。
