Land Act Article 203
If, on receipt of the notice referred to in the preceding Article, the landowner furnishes adequate security for the payment of the tax overdue, the judicial authorities may order a postponement of the auction.The period of the postponement referred to in the preceding paragraph, shall not be longer than one year.
