Land Act Article 107
When the lessor offers his farmland for sale or dien, the lessee shall have preferential right to purchase it or accept the dien on the same terms as are offered to any other person.The provisions of Paragraph two of Article 104 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the purchase or dien referred to in the preceding paragraph.

出租人出賣或出典耕地時，承租人有依同樣條件優先承買或承典之權。
